Summer Skills Book PDF Print E-mail

Summer is made to be fun, but it can be productive for your child, too. Through PTA, East Lake families can order the Summer Skills Math and/or Reading review books. These books are only $17.00 if ordered through our PTA. Turn in your Summer Skills Order Form  no later than Friday, May 25th to receive your book in time for a June 7th delivery. The end of the school year is fast approaching and so is our ADDitions Celebration!! The celebration will be held on May 25th at 9:00 am in the cafeteria. It will be a great morning of fun, food, awards and lots of prizes!! Our Math Superstars for the month of April

Jacey P. from Mrs. Blas's fifth grade class. Her favorite color is turquoise and she enjoys track when she isn't in school. Jacey's favorite subject is math and she wants to be a teacher when she grows up. Jacey is also on safety patrol and helps to make the school a safer place.

Geno D. from Mrs. Gilchrist's second grade class. His favorite color is blue and his favorite subject is science. Geno wants to be an astronaut when he grows up and he enjoys playing video games.

Janice Z. from Mrs. Long's fifth grade class. Her favorite color is blue and her favorite subject is math. Janice wants to be an architect when she grows up and enjoys dancing and playing piano when she isn't in school.

Katie R. from Mrs. Rothermel's fourth grade class. Her favorite color is yellow and her favorite subject is reading. She wants to be a video game designer when she grows up and Katie enjoys playing on her 3 DS when she isn't in school.

Melaku G. from Mrs. Kessler's 5th grade class. Melaku's favorite color is red and his favorite subject is math. He wants to be a basketball player when he grows up and he enjoys playing outside with his friends.

Andrea T. from Ms Lemon's first grade class. Her favorite color is blue and she loves reading. Andrea wants to be a nurse when she grows up and she enjoys playing with her baby sister, Emma.

Devin S. from Mrs. Capatosto's first grade class. Devin's favorite color is green and she wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Her favorite subject is reading and she loves to do gymnastics and play with her sister and brother when she isn't in school.

Leah C. from Ms. Mestre's first grade class. Leah's favorite color is pink and she really likes recess. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up and when she's at home she loves to take care of her pet pig.

Amelia V. from Ms. Duke's 5th grade class. Amelia's favorite subject is math and she wants to be a math teacher when she grows up. She enjoys being outdoors and her favorite color is pink! Amelia also has a great responsibility, she is on safety patrol and helps to keep our school safe.

Emari N. from Mrs. Ripley's first grade class. Her favorite subject is math and she loves to dance when she isn't in school. Emari's favorite color is pink and she wants to be a dancer when she grows up.

Emilio C. from Ms. Harris' third grade class. Emilio's favorite color is red and his favorite subject is science. He wants to be an astronaut when he grows up and enjoys karate when he isn't studying.
