ALL K-4th Grade Students in Field Day will receive a T-SHIRT. (5th Grade will wear their graduation t-shirts and do not need to hand in this form). Each grade will have their own t-shirt color (K-Green, 1-Coral, 2-Violet, 3-Red, 4-Blue, Eagle-Teal). Shirts are free for all students! Please complete the above form by Monday, May 1.
