Here’s What You Need To Do To Participate in the Contest:
- Fill out the tear-off Interest Form below and hand it in to the PTA Mailbox at school on or before October 23rd
- If you hand in an Interest Form, you will receive a blank poster from your teacher on October 25th
- Create your poster using this year’s theme, “Donate Blood- It's Not Scary!”
- Hand in your poster to the PTA Mailbox or the PTA Box in the Main Office on or before Tuesday, October 31st
Contest:
- All participants will receive a Certificate of Appreciation
- All Posters will be displayed at East Lake the day of the Blood Drive
- One winner will be selected from each grade and there will also be two Grand Prize Winners (one from K-2 and one from 3-5)
